Gem Laboratory Certificate

Upon request, an official GER Gem Laboratory certificate (fee €50) can be provided with the NIITTYxBTCHEL ring. The certificate verifies that the ring contains laboratory diamonds (Lab Diamond), orange sapphires (Lab Sapphire Orange), and a sterling silver base (S925) coated with white gold.

Warranty Information

The NIITTYxBTCHEL ring does not have a fixed warranty period. However, any potential manufacturing or material defects that appear under normal use will be repaired for a reasonable period after purchase, usually 1–3 months.

The warranty does not cover changes or damage resulting from normal wear, such as natural tarnishing or wear, nor defects caused by careless use or storage.

Delivery Time

Each NIITTYxBTCHEL ring is made to order. The typical delivery time is 3–7 weeks, depending on factors such as the jewelry workshop’s workload and holiday periods.

Ensuring the Correct Ring Size

If a different size is required, a quote can be requested for the ring’s price and delivery time. If the requested size is possible, a case-specific additional cost may apply.

Right of Cancellation (Made-to-Order Product)

The NIITTYxBTCHEL ring is custom-made according to the customer’s specifications and is therefore considered a made-to-order product under the Consumer Protection Act. It does not have the standard 14-day return right (KSL 6:16 §).

Liability for defects remains in accordance with the law.

Inspection and Complaints
The customer should inspect the NIITTYxBTCHEL ring within a reasonable time, typically 1–3 months.
