Not 100% happy with your order? No worries! You can return most items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Just make sure they’re unworn, unused, and in original condition.

How it works:

We’ll guide you through the return or exchange.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Made-to-order items (like the Btchel Ring), sale items, personalized merch, and digital products cannot be returned.

Shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless your item is damaged or incorrect).

If your item arrives damaged, let us know—we’ll make it right.
