3.2 Photography & Recording: By attending BTCHEL2026, you consent to being photographed or recorded. 21 Events Oy may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

4.1 Responsibility: Attendees participate at their own risk. 21 Events Oy is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or any other incident that occurs during the event.

4.2 COVID-19 and Other Health Guidelines: Attendees must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. 21 Events Oy may implement additional measures to ensure attendee safety.

4.1 Responsibility: Attendees participate at their own risk. 21 Events Oy is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or any other incident that occurs during the event.

4.2 COVID-19 and Other Health Guidelines: Attendees must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. 21 Events Oy may implement additional measures to ensure attendee safety.

5.1 21 Events Oy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in BTCHEL2026.

5.2 21 Events Oy’s total liability for any claim related to the event shall not exceed the price of the ticket purchased.

6.1 By 21 Events Oy: In the unlikely event of cancellation, tickets may be refunded or transferred to the next event at the discretion of 21 Events Oy.

6.2 By Attendee: Tickets are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances and at 21 Events Oy’s discretion.

6.3 Force Majeure: 21 Events Oy is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
