Rachel devotes much of her time and energy to bringing Bitcoin mining to Europe. She is vice-president of terahash.energy GmbH, a German Bitcoin mining company, offering managed mining solutions for investors and integrated mining solutions for corporations. She is Chair of the European Bitcoin Energy Association, with the mission to educate decision-makers on the potential benefits of Bitcoin mining for the energy infrastructure of Europe.

She is the co-founder of Les Femmes orange, a movement to encourage more women to study Bitcoin. Rachel is mother to four adult children.
