Douglas is a founder and CEO of BitBox and the creator of the original BitBox hardware wallet. He is an accomplished neuroengineering scientist (Ph.D. Georgia Tech) and former group leader at the Swiss national university ETH Zürich, with a diverse background spanning mechanical engineering (M.Sc. and B.Sc.), AI, cognitive science, robotics, and bioart.
