Alexandre Stachtchenko is a French and Canadian entrepreneur, author, and speaker, a recognized specialist of Bitcoin.

Alexandre co-founded and was General Manager of the crypto-specialised consultancy firm Blockchain Partner in 2015, acquired by KPMG France in 2021, where he served as Blockchain & Crypto Director until 2023. Since 2024, he is Chief of Strategy of Paymium, the oldest Bitcoin exchange in the world. He is the co-author of several reference books, exploring the stakes of Bitcoin for fundamental rights, the energy transition, and most recently geopolitics, with the book "Bitcoin : the geopolitical shock,", published in April 2025.

Alexandre is involved in the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem in France. Co-founder of ADAN, the French association of industry professionals, he has contributed to the development of legislation and regulation in France and Europe. He is also founder and president of the French National Bitcoin Institute, and host of its podcast, where he discusses Bitcoin related topics with prominent figures such as Daniel Batten and Lyn Alden.
