Usage Instructions

The NIITTYxBTCHEL ring is designed as a high-quality and visually striking gemstone ring (141 stones total) and withstands normal use when handled according to standard jewelry care guidelines.

To ensure longevity, avoid exceptionally hard impacts, bending stress, and strong chemicals. These recommendations apply to all gemstone jewelry.

Warranty Information

The NIITTYxBTCHEL ring does not have a fixed warranty period. However, any potential manufacturing or material defects that appear under normal use will be repaired for a reasonable period after purchase, usually 1–3 months.

The warranty does not cover changes or damage resulting from normal wear, such as natural tarnishing or wear, nor defects caused by careless use or storage.

Delivery Time

Each NIITTYxBTCHEL ring is made to order. The typical delivery time is 3–7 weeks, depending on factors such as the jewelry workshop’s workload and holiday periods.

Ensuring the Correct Ring Size

Before ordering the NIITTYxBTCHEL ring, ensure that US 10 (inner diameter 19.8 mm) is the correct size. This can be verified by measuring a current ring or checking at a jewelry store using a ring sizer.

If a different size is required, a quote can be requested for the ring’s price and delivery time. If the requested size is possible, a case-specific additional cost may apply.

Right of Cancellation (Made-to-Order Product)

Since the NIITTYxBTCHEL ring is custom-made, it does not have the standard 14-day cancellation right for ready-made products (Consumer Protection Act 6:16 §).

This does not affect the customer’s statutory liability for defects.
